Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders will be subject to delivery charge of €10 outside of County Kerry, and €6.50 within the County.

officeandink will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 2-7 working days of your account order, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

Delivery Address

Delivery address can be changed with each order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Parcels should then reach you within 2 - 7 working days of leaving our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days.

Registered delivery/delivery overseas

Registered delivery will require a signature before the parcel can be delivered.

Late Delivery

In the unlikely event that after 14 working days you have still not received your order, please email us at info@officeandink.ie details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.

BackOrders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from your e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either your credit card will be refunded or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

Returns

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. We will refund your card once the items are received and processed.

Items returned to us after the 7 day grace period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of officeandink and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.

Please understand that items must be returned to us in same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition.
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned.

Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error.

All items returned as 'faulty' will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as 'faulty'.

Return shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
