1. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery — except for furniture items.

2. What are the delivery charges for orders under €100?
For orders under €100 (excluding furniture):
– €6.50 within County Kerry
– €10 for deliveries outside Kerry

3. What are the delivery charges for furniture?
Furniture delivery costs €40 or €80 depending on the size (whether it fits on one pallet or two).

4. How fast is your delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier.

5. Can I collect my order in person?
Yes — click & collect is available from our store in Tralee. We’re open:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

6. Is everything on the website in stock?
Most items are in stock. For larger orders or specific products, feel free to contact us to confirm availability.

7. Do you offer business discounts?
Yes — we offer bulk pricing and account terms for schools, offices, and other businesses. Just get in touch!
